Services at Kindred Minds

Our services are designed to support understanding, access, and connection across different stages of life and need.

  • At Kindred Minds, we offer care that centers understanding over fixing and collaboration over compliance. Our work is grounded in curiosity about how each mind experiences the world and respect for the systems, identities, and relationships that shape mental health.

Therapy

We provide individual, family, and group therapy grounded in trauma-informed, system-aware, and affirming approaches. Our work supports neurodivergent individuals and families navigating anxiety, mood concerns, relational stress, identity exploration, life transitions, and the impact of trauma.

ADHD & Autism Assessments

We offer comprehensive differential diagnoses assessments for children, teens, and adults. Our evaluations focus on lived experience, daily functioning, strengths, and support needs, with clear communication about scope, use, and next steps.

Parent & Caregiver Education

We support parents and caregivers through education and consultation focused on understanding neurodivergence, regulation, advocacy, and relational support—without compliance-based or punitive frameworks.

Groups & Community Programs

We host therapeutic groups, workshops, and community offerings that foster connection, shared learning, and collective care. Many programs are designed to increase access through telehealth and sliding-scale options.

Collaboration & Care Coordination

We work collaboratively with schools, medical providers, and community organizations to support continuity of care, accommodations, and advocacy when appropriate.
